Two OEM DB1560 battery motherboards for DJI Agras T40 battery repair. Prepared for John and Leslie McCool, whose two T40 batteries have only 28–32 charge cycles, have been stored at approximately 65–85°F, and are no longer accepting a charge from their DJI charging equipment.

The intelligent battery motherboard (BMS) coordinates charging, battery-to-charger communication, status reporting and safety monitoring. A failed board can contribute to charging refusal, connection errors or battery recognition faults even when a pack has relatively few cycles. Low cycle count alone does not confirm a BMS fault or healthy cells.

Your previously purchased slow charging and discharging maintenance device may support approved battery maintenance where safe and compatible, but it cannot repair damaged cells or a failed BMS.
