The DJI Talos T60X OEM Solenoid Valve Module is the electrically operated valve of the Talos T60X spraying system: the part that opens the spray line when the aircraft is told to spray and closes it again when spraying stops. A solenoid valve is moved by an electromagnet rather than by hand, which is what lets the flight controller start and stop the liquid at the exact points a mission calls for. It is listed by the supplier for the Talos T60X and is supplied as the module on its own. In the supplier photograph it is a compact black assembly: a vertical through-pipe with barbed hose ends at top and bottom, joined to a square actuator housing with a round fitting on top and a small metal terminal on its side. Operators look for it when the aircraft keeps dripping after the spray stops, when one line will not spray at all while the pump runs, or when the valve body is cracked or its hose ends are broken. It is searched as the T60X solenoid valve, the Talos spray valve, the T60X shut-off valve or the Talos solenoid valve module.

Send us a photograph of the label on the part you removed and we will match it before it ships. A photograph of the old valve from the side, with both hose ends and the actuator housing visible, lets us confirm the orientation as well.
One valve module, supplied on its own. It is the valve and its actuator as one module, not a pump, not a flow meter and not a valve kit.
Not included: hoses, hose clamps, the signal or power cable that connects the module to the aircraft, mounting screws or brackets, the pump, the flow meter, or the filters. Reuse sound clamps and fixings from the valve you remove, and fit new clamps if the old ones are corroded or have lost their grip.
The solenoid valve is the spraying system's gate. The tank holds the mix, the pump pushes it, and the solenoid valve decides whether it is allowed to reach the nozzles. When the flight controller calls for spray, the valve opens; when spraying stops, at the end of a pass, at a no-spray zone or when the mission ends, the valve closes.
In the supplier photograph the module is a compact black assembly. On one side is a vertical through-pipe with barbed hose ends at its top and bottom, where the spray line hoses push on. Attached to it is a square actuator housing, the part that contains the solenoid, with a round fitting on top and a small metal terminal on its side. The exact installed position on the T60X spray line is not published for this part, so compare the module and the direction of its hose ends with the one you removed.
The module carries two kinds of load at once: liquid pressure from the pump through its body, and an electrical signal from the aircraft to its actuator. A fault in either one stops the valve doing its job.
What the solenoid valve lives with over a season:
Valves are replaced when they no longer close fully, no longer open, open and close erratically, or when the body or a hose end is cracked or broken.
The solenoid valve's engineering role is to turn an electrical command into a clean start and a clean stop of liquid. It does that in three ways:
The closing half of that job is the one that matters most and fails most quietly. A valve that will not open is noticed at once, because nothing sprays. A valve that does not close fully keeps working, sprays normally during the pass, and then keeps letting liquid through after the aircraft has told it to stop.
What the solenoid valve module does not do:
The most common solenoid valve fault looks like a nozzle fault. The aircraft finishes a pass, the spray stops, and the nozzles keep dripping, or a short stream runs on after the turn. Attention goes to the nozzles because that is where the liquid appears. Nozzles get cleaned or replaced, and the drip continues, because the nozzle is only the exit. The liquid is getting past the valve.
A valve that does not close fully is usually not dead. A particle of debris lodged at the valve seat, residue built up inside, or a worn seal is enough to hold it slightly open. It still opens properly, so spraying looks normal. It is only at shut-off that the fault shows, as liquid that should have stopped and did not.
Signs that point at the solenoid valve:
Tests that separate the valve from the nozzle:
Signs that point somewhere else:
Before replacing a dripping valve, rinse the line through with clean water and run it open and closed a few times. A particle at the seat sometimes flushes out. If the drip returns, or the valve has been cycling chemical for a season, the seat or seal is worn and the module is replaced.
Replace the solenoid valve module when inspection or testing confirms one of these:
Inspect these as well, because they produce similar symptoms:
There is no published service interval for the solenoid valve. It is replaced when it no longer opens, no longer closes, or is damaged.

Maintenance between jobs. Rinse the spray line through with clean water at the end of every spray day, running the valve open and closed a few times so clean water passes the seat. Dried residue at the seat is the most common reason a sound valve starts to drip. Keep the filters clean and intact, because every particle they miss is a particle that can lodge in the valve.
The solenoid valve module is for operators and technicians putting a Talos T60X spraying system back to clean starts and clean stops:
This is not the part you need if:
The solenoid valve is the part that decides where the mix stops. A valve that opens is easy to check, because the aircraft sprays. A valve that closes is harder to check, because the failure happens after the spraying is meant to be over.
That is why a failing valve is so often treated as a nozzle problem. The liquid appears at the nozzles, so the nozzles get the attention. But a nozzle cannot stop liquid that the valve is letting through. New nozzles on a leaking valve drip just like the old ones.
The cost is not only the wasted mix. A valve that does not close lets liquid out at the ends of passes, during turns and in areas that were meant to be left untreated. On a spray aircraft, a clean stop is part of an accurate application.
The test that settles it takes a few minutes: disconnect the outlet hose, put clean water in the tank, and watch the closed valve. If liquid passes, rinse and cycle the valve and try again. If it still passes, the valve is the fault, and the nozzles never were.
A new solenoid valve module restores the clean stop: the spray line shut at the moment the aircraft commands it, and liquid only where it was meant to go.

What is the DJI Talos T60X solenoid valve module? The electrically operated valve in the T60X spray line. It opens when the aircraft commands spraying and closes when spraying stops.
Which aircraft does it fit? It is listed by the supplier for the Talos T60X. Compare the body shape, hose ends and actuator housing with the valve you removed.
What is the part number? Send us a photograph of the label on the part you removed and we will match it before it ships.
My nozzles keep dripping after the spray stops. Is it the nozzles? Usually not. Liquid that keeps coming after the spray stops is getting past the valve. Test the closed valve with clean water before replacing nozzles.
How do I test the valve? Power down, disconnect the outlet hose, put clean water in the tank and watch the closed valve. A sound valve holds the line shut. Liquid passing it points at the valve.
A short drip stops after a second. Is that a fault? No. That is the liquid already in the line after the valve draining out. A valve fault keeps dripping or runs on.
Can I clean a dripping valve instead of replacing it? Try it first. Rinse the line through with clean water and cycle the valve open and closed. If a particle was holding the seat open, it may flush out. If the drip returns, replace the module.
One line will not spray but the pump runs. Could it be the valve? Yes, if the filters are clean. Check that the valve's connection is clean, dry and fully seated, then test whether it opens when spraying is commanded.
Are the hoses and cable included? No. The module is supplied on its own. Hoses, clamps, the connecting cable and fixings are separate.
What voltage does it use? The voltage and connector type are not published for this part. It is matched against the valve you removed.
Can I fit it myself? Most technicians can. Photograph and label the hoses, disconnect the actuator, swap the module in the same orientation, clamp the hoses and test on clean water.
Does the direction matter? Yes. Fit it the same way round as the valve you removed, with the inlet and outlet hoses on the same ends.
Is there a service interval? No published interval. Rinse it with clean water daily and replace it when it no longer closes, no longer opens, or is damaged.
What makes a valve fail early? Debris that gets past torn or badly seated filters, and residue left to dry inside the line. Keep the filters intact and rinse the line every day.
Is it a genuine DJI part? Yes. It is a genuine DJI OEM spray-system component, brand new.
