DJI C12000 Battery Compatibility: DB2160, DB1580 e DB2100
O C12000 Intelligent Power Supply User Guide v1.0 lista DB2100, DB1580 e DB2160 como compatible batteries. A DJI também orienta verificar o site oficial para a compatibility mais recente.
Resumo: DB2100 / DB1580 / DB2160 aparecem no C12000 guide. As current T100/T70P specs publicam timing C12000 para DB2160 e DB1580. Verifique battery label, charger model, aircraft e market antes de usar.

12. Standard fast output
62 VDC, 194 A, 12 kW max.
13. H variant
52–62 VDC, up to 230 A, 12 kW max.
14. Voltage alone is not compatibility
Communication and DJI support matter.
15. Connector fit is not proof
Do not infer support.
16. Charger firmware
Update via DJI Agras when required.
17. Battery firmware/state
Can affect charging acceptance.
18. Check battery label
Verify actual model.
19. Check charger label
Verify market/version.
20. Check aircraft
Charger compatibility ≠ aircraft compatibility.
21. Separate the two questions
Battery-to-charger and battery-to-aircraft.
22. Cooling compatibility
Also required.
23. Thermal management
Hot pack may need cooling before charge.
24. DB2160 service ecosystem
Ares Acres has battery/cooling/socket service paths.
25. DB1580 verification
Do not substitute DB2160 parts.
26. DB2100 verification
Confirm current DJI and store availability.
27. Compatibility matrix
| Battery | C12000 guide | Published timing |
|---|---|---|
| DB2160 | Compatible | 8–9 min 30→95% |
| DB1580 | Compatible | 7–8 min 30→95% |
| DB2100 | Compatible in guide | Not stated in the same current timing tables |
28. Charge-time conditions
Environment/battery state can change results.
29. 12 kW not always active
Single-phase slow path is ~3 kW max.
30. Fast source
380 V three-phase ≥15 kW.
31. Recognition checklist

35. Yellow/red warning
Read DJI Agras details.
36. Supported battery can still fail
Temperature, fault, connector or power source may be cause.
37. AC warning ≠ battery incompatibility
Separate source branch.
38. Known-good comparison
Useful for fleet diagnosis.
39. No connector modification
Unsafe/unsupported.
40. No unofficial adapters
Use DJI-specified path only.
41. Fleet database

42. Commercial value
Exact compatibility reduces downtime and wrong-part orders.
43. Erro: charger support = aircraft support
No.
44. Erro: invent DB2100 timing
No.
45. Erro: rely on old compatibility forever
Check current DJI information.

47. Compatibility should be documented as a three-way match
For fleet use, record battery ↔ charger ↔ aircraft. A battery can be supported by the C12000 but still require a separate check for aircraft compatibility. Keeping all three relationships in one record prevents incorrect cross-generation assumptions.
48. Cooling hardware should be part of the compatibility record
Add the heat sink/cooling-station model to the same record. A correct charger and battery pairing still needs a physical/thermal interface designed for that battery family.
49. Firmware baseline belongs in the matrix
If DJI updates charger or aircraft firmware, note the version at which a known-good battery/charger combination was verified. This is particularly useful when a compatibility warning appears immediately after an update.
50. Used batteries need stronger provenance checks
A used pack may have board repairs, unknown cycle history or a changed label/housing. Verify the actual battery identity and communication data instead of assuming compatibility from appearance alone.
51. Known-good test set
A fleet can maintain one documented known-good C12000, one known-good battery and one clean cooling interface. Controlled substitution against that set is more useful than replacing several parts at once.
52. Compatibility audit checklist
- battery model/ID;
- charger model/ID;
- aircraft model;
- cooling device;
- firmware versions;
- DJI compatibility source/date;
- successful charge test;
- successful aircraft recognition;
- warning history.
