52. Fast charging site should be standardized
Commercial crews should use the same physical layout every day: charger on stable surface, ventilation clear, battery cooling separated from hot airflow, electrical access controlled and warning/fire equipment in a known location.
53. Charger ID helps fleet diagnosis
If more than one C12000 is used, label each charger. Record which charger handled a battery when a warning occurs. This makes it possible to detect a fault that follows one charger rather than one battery.
54. Activation and firmware are separate from electrical readiness
A correctly powered charger can still require activation or firmware attention. Conversely, a fully activated charger does not prove that the upstream three-phase source is correct. Treat software readiness and electrical readiness as two distinct gates.
55. LED history should be recorded
Repeated yellow or red patterns provide useful maintenance evidence. Record whether the indication came from AC input, DC output or charging channel, then capture the detailed DJI Agras error before power cycling.
56. Thermal-management record
When charge turnaround becomes slower, record ambient temperature, battery temperature, cooling-fan condition and time spent cooling before charging. This helps distinguish charger limits from thermal bottlenecks.
57. C12000 daily opening checklist
- charger housing undamaged;
- charging cable and connector normal;
- dustproof cover/vents clean;
- cooling interface ready;
- site dry;
- required clearances maintained;
- power source verified;
- charger activated/firmware normal;
- no unresolved LED warning.
