DJI D12000iE pre-operation oil fuel air filter

Resumo: use stable surface com engine switch OFF. Procure oil/fuel leakage, remova flammables perto de muffler/fan hood, confirme shields/fasteners, revise fuel, engine oil e sponge filter. A guide publica 30 L fuel capacity, 1.1 L engine-oil capacity e SJ 10W-40 ou equivalent. Operação deve ser outdoors com ventilation adequada.

D12000iE pre-operation checklist

1. Engine switch OFF

Inspect before start.

2. Stable surface

For safe checks and operation.

3. Oil spills

Look underneath and around unit.

4. Fuel spills

Readiness and fire hazard.

5. No smoking/flames/sparks

Keep away from fuel area.

6. Remove flammables

Especially muffler/fan hood.

7. Outdoor use

Exhaust contains carbon monoxide; do not operate enclosed.

8. Damaged parts

Inspect rust, breakage, deformation.

9. Loose parts

Resolve before operation.

10. Muffler shield

Secure.

11. Fan hood

Secure and clear.

12. Fasteners

Check looseness; no invented torque values.

13. Fuel level

Fill before operation.

14. Fuel capacity

30 L rated.

15. Do not overfill

Respect system level.

16. Fuel and oil before power-on

DJI warns electronic fuel pump can be damaged otherwise.

17. Fuel-delivery diagnosis

Low level alone does not prove Fuel Pump Assembly failure.

18. Oil level

Check before operation.

19. Oil capacity

1.1 L rated.

20. Oil spec

SJ 10W-40 or equivalent.

21. Low-oil protection

Sensor can stop engine.

22. Low-oil shutdown ≠ electrical fault

Check oil before starter/control assumptions.

23. Dipstick/filler cap

Routine oil service interface.

24. Sponge filter

Inspect before use.

25. Dirty sponge

Reduces airflow/performance.

26. Do not jump to EFI replacement

Understand filter condition first.

27. Grounding

Part of safe setup.

28. Daily GO/NO-GO

  • stable outdoor location;
  • switch OFF;
  • no leaks;
  • no ignition hazards;
  • muffler/fan clear;
  • shields secure;
  • hardware secure;
  • fuel adequate;
  • oil adequate;
  • filter serviceable;
  • grounding correct;
  • no unresolved warning.

29. Low oil

Correct before start.

30. Low fuel

Refill without overfill.

31. Fuel leak

No normal operation until resolved.

32. Dirty filter

Service before deeper EFI diagnosis.

33. Loose hardware

Resolve before field use.

34. Return from storage

Complete full pre-op after refill.

35. Pre-op record

  • asset;
  • location;
  • fuel;
  • oil;
  • leaks;
  • filter;
  • muffler/fan;
  • hardware;
  • grounding;
  • GO/NO-GO.

36. Build-specific parts

Verify fitment before fuel/DC/filter replacement.

37. Erro: no-start = electrical fault

Could be oil/readiness.

38. Erro: low fuel = bad pump

No.

39. Erro: enclosed operation

Outdoor only.

40. Erro: skip daily check

Do not.

41. FAQ

Fuel: 30 L. Oil: 1.1 L. Oil type: SJ 10W-40/equivalent. Low oil can stop engine. Dirty sponge reduces performance. Operate outdoors.
