Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the DJI material number on a part?

DJI prints the material number on a label or moulded into the part, in the format XX.XX.XX000000 (for example YC.JG.ZS003588 or BC.AG.SS000471). A trailing .01 / .02 is a revision suffix — search without it if the exact number returns nothing, and we will confirm the revision.

Do the diagram numbers match DJI's official parts diagrams?

Yes. Each assembly in the finder mirrors the numbered exploded view in DJI's Agras parts list for that aircraft, and every position is tied to the DJI material number in that list. Positions marked “not listed yet” are real DJI parts we can quote on request.

Which aircraft share parts?

The T100 and T70P share most airframe, spraying and power components; the T50 and T25/T25P share the same platform; the T40 and T20P share theirs. Fitment is stated per listing — when a listing names your aircraft it has been checked against DJI's compatibility data.

Can I add a whole repair bill of materials at once?

Yes. Open the complete parts list for the assembly, tick every part you need, set quantities, and use “Add selected to cart”. Everything ships together from our U.S. warehouse with tracking.

I know the symptom but not the part — what then?

Use DJI Doctor. It walks through the safety checks and the discriminating questions a technician would ask, narrows the fault to the component, and links you straight back to the diagram position for that part.

Genuine DJI Agras parts, identified by diagram and material number

Ares Acres stocks genuine DJI Agras OEM replacement parts for the T100, T70P, T55, T50, T25, T25P, T40 and T20P in the U.S.A. The Parts Finder turns DJI's own exploded parts diagrams into a live catalog: choose the aircraft, open the assembly — arms and propulsion, spraying pumps and nozzles, spreading augers, batteries and distribution boards, radar and RTK, frames and landing gear, remote controllers — and every numbered position resolves to the exact DJI material number, price and stock. Technicians can search by material number, part name or figure number, add a complete repair bill of materials in one step, and hand any unresolved symptom to DJI Doctor for guided fault isolation.
