How DJI Doctor reasonsEvery candidate fault carries its evidence for and against, a source tier (DJI official, dealer technical, or labelled Ares inference), and a verification test. Parts unlock only after the fault is verified — never from a guess.
Safety firstSwollen or damaged batteries, smoke, melted wiring, impact damage or propellers installed during powered testing stop the flow with DJI's required response: stop operation, do not fly, escalate to a qualified technician.
Your case improves the next oneTell us whether the repair worked. Outcomes are reviewed by Ares Acres technicians before anything changes — the engine never re-weights itself from a single report.

Send this case to an Ares Acres technician

DJI Doctor fills the message with your case summary. Add the aircraft serial number and anything else you noticed — a technician reviews the evidence and replies with the next step or a quote for the exact part.

  • Aircraft model
  • DJI material number — printed on the part or its label; we match it to the exact OEM listing
  • A clear photo — of the part in place and any damage
  • The symptom or app message — so we can check the diagnosis, not just the part
  • USA-First Agras Support Support for American DJI Agras operators from identification through repair.
  • U.S. Compatibility Checked Fitment checked against the aircraft model and DJI material number.
  • Free U.S. Shipping on Eligible Parts Shipping eligibility is shown on each listing before you order.
  • Fast shipping across the U.S. In-stock parts ship the same business day with tracking, so a grounded aircraft is not waiting on a warehouse.

DJI Doctor

Frequently asked questions

Is DJI Doctor an AI chatbot?

No. It is a deterministic fault-isolation engine built from DJI's official documentation and Ares Acres service knowledge. Every candidate failure shows the evidence for and against it, its source tier, and the test that verifies it. Nothing is invented — no material numbers, no compatibility, no probabilities.

Why does it ask the safety questions first?

Because DJI's own guidance is absolute for certain conditions: a swollen, leaking or dropped battery, smoke or melted wiring, impact damage, or propellers installed during energized testing. Those stop the flow with the documented response — stop operation, do not fly, escalate to a qualified technician — before any diagnosis.

What do Confirmed, Likely, Possible and Unresolved mean?

They are evidence states, not percentages. Confirmed means a verification test passed or the evidence isolates one failure with no contradiction. Likely means multiple observations support it but the discriminating test has not been run — parts stay locked until then. Possible is compatible but not isolated. Unresolved means there is not enough evidence yet.

Which aircraft are covered?

Guided diagnosis is validated for three aircraft: the T100, the T50 and the T40. The Parts Finder on this page covers all eight — T100, T70P, T55, T50, T25, T25P, T40 and T20P — across spraying, propulsion, battery and power, spreading, navigation, remote controller, airframe and generator.

What happens after I tell you whether it worked?

Your outcome is recorded with the case and reviewed by Ares Acres technicians. A “not resolved” with a different root cause re-opens the diagnosis with the refuted hypothesis excluded. Confirmed repairs become calibration data for the engine — reviewed first, never applied automatically.

DJI Agras troubleshooting, the way a technician does it

DJI Doctor is Ares Acres' AI-assisted diagnostic guide for DJI Agras agricultural drones. Start from what the aircraft is doing — a sprinkler that stopped spraying, an impeller pump auto-check failure, a battery LED pattern, an ESC or motor error, RTK signal weak, spreader disc not turning, a generator that will not start — and DJI Doctor localizes the system, ranks the candidate failures by evidence, asks the questions that separate them, and guides the verification test before it recommends the genuine DJI part and the repair tutorial. It covers the T100, T70P and T55, the T50, T25 and T25P, and the T40 and T20P, with sources labelled from DJI's official manuals and release notes. Every case ends with the same question a service desk asks: did it work?
