Is DJI Doctor an AI chatbot?

No. It is a deterministic fault-isolation engine built from DJI's official documentation and Ares Acres service knowledge. Every candidate failure shows the evidence for and against it, its source tier, and the test that verifies it. Nothing is invented — no material numbers, no compatibility, no probabilities.

Why does it ask the safety questions first?

Because DJI's own guidance is absolute for certain conditions: a swollen, leaking or dropped battery, smoke or melted wiring, impact damage, or propellers installed during energized testing. Those stop the flow with the documented response — stop operation, do not fly, escalate to a qualified technician — before any diagnosis.

What do Confirmed, Likely, Possible and Unresolved mean?

They are evidence states, not percentages. Confirmed means a verification test passed or the evidence isolates one failure with no contradiction. Likely means multiple observations support it but the discriminating test has not been run — parts stay locked until then. Possible is compatible but not isolated. Unresolved means there is not enough evidence yet.

Which aircraft are covered?

What happens after I tell you whether it worked?
