Should I grease these bearings when I fit them?

Not unless DJI documentation for your model tells you to. Engineered polymer bearings of this type are usually designed to run dry, and grease at an open hub on a spray aircraft causes two problems: some oils soften or swell the polymer over time, and grease collects dust, grit, and dried product until the mixture acts like lapping compound against the shaft. Clean, dry, and correctly fitted outlasts lubricated and contaminated in this position every time.

One rotor vibrates. How do I tell whether it is the propeller, the clamp bearings, or the motor?

Change one thing at a time. Swap that propeller with one from a known good position and fly the same test: if the vibration moves with the blade, the blade is the fault. If it stays at the position, shut down and cycle that clamp by hand against its neighbors, feeling for slop or stiffness, and rock the clamp across the shaft feeling for a knock. If the clamp is smooth, tight, and identical to the others, look at the motor and its mounting next.

My clamp got stiff rather than loose. Is that still a bearing problem?

Usually yes. Polymer bearings fail in both directions: they wear away and go sloppy, or they swell and contaminate and go tight. Chemical absorption, trapped moisture, and grit packed into the running clearance all close the fit up, and the clamp becomes reluctant to open and slow to return. Stiffness is not something that wears back in with use, and it loads the shaft and the clamp mechanism every cycle, so treat it as a reason to open the assembly rather than a nuisance.

Only one clamp has play. Do I need to do the rest of the aircraft?

Do the one that is worn now, and inspect every other clamp on that airframe while you have the tools out and the aircraft down. They have flown the same hours, in the same chemicals, through the same fold and unfold cycles, so the one that failed is usually the leading edge of a set rather than an oddity. Cycling each clamp by hand takes a couple of minutes per rotor and tells you whether you are doing one repair now or several repairs across the next month.

Can I take up the play by tightening the clamp harder?

No. The clamp is designed to close on a defined geometry, and forcing it further does not restore a worn running clearance; it distorts the parts that were still good and disguises the symptom for a while. It also changes how the propeller is gripped, which is the last thing on the aircraft you want to be improvising with. Replace the pair, check the shaft, and set the assembly back to the condition it was designed around.

The bearings look worn but the shaft looks fine. How closely should I really check it?

Closely, because the shaft is what decides whether this repair lasts. Wipe it clean and dry, then run a fingernail along it: you are feeling for a step or ridge at the edges of the area where the bearing rides, which is the sign that material has actually been removed. Turn it under a strong light looking for scoring and for a mirror-bright band, and look for fine reddish-brown or gray staining that indicates fretting. Any of those and the shaft belongs in the repair, not in the aircraft.
