Only into a position the pipe run reaches without being pulled. The clocking decides where the run lies, how much slack it has, and what it can contact as the arms fold and the frame flexes. Turning the bend to clear one thing usually puts the pipe against another or leaves it in tension, and a run in tension works the thread loose. Move the cable and its clip instead, and put the bend back where your photograph shows it was.
Is it safe to keep spraying with a small weep at this connection?
Treat it as a stop-work item rather than something to watch. A weep under pressure is concentrate landing on the airframe, on wiring and on whatever is beneath the aircraft, it is product you already paid for going where it does not belong, and the ground underneath is being treated below the rate the system reports. Weeps do not stabilize, they open up. Change the set and re-run the pressure check before the next load.
