How do I tell a distribution board fault from a battery or battery-contact fault?
Change one thing at a time. Fly the same airframe on a different known-good pair of packs and see whether the warnings follow the packs or stay with the aircraft. Then look at the contact faces in both bays and on both batteries for pitting, film, or discoloration, and confirm the packs seat and lock fully. Sag warnings that follow a battery are a battery; sag warnings that stay with the airframe across every pack are the airframe.
The faults only show up under heavy load. Does that point at the board?
It points at the power path, and the hub is the part of that path everything shares.
