Repeated failures at this position usually mean the tank is not landing square, so look at the tank locating features, the latches and the seating pads for wear, and watch a swap closely to see whether the tank drops home or has to be persuaded. Also watch how fast the tank is being set down. A tank dropped the last few inches loads the bracket as an impact, and impacts are what crack it.

Should I replace it after a hard landing even though it looks undamaged?

If the landing was hard enough that you are asking, look at it properly rather than glancing at it. Put hand pressure on it with the tank seated and see whether detection drops out, then check whether the screw still comes up tight. Cracks in filled plastic close up when unloaded and are genuinely difficult to see. Given what the part costs against a nuisance detection fault mid-window, replacing it while the tank is already off is the easy call.
