DJI Matrice 400 OEM Anti-Vibration Shock Ball Set

Replacement vibration-isolation shock balls for the DJI Matrice 400 gimbal and payload mounting system. These elastomer isolators help decouple payload vibration from the aircraft structure and are important to maintaining stable imaging, sensing, and payload performance.

Replace worn, torn, stretched, hardened, deformed, or impact-damaged shock balls when servicing the Matrice 400 gimbal mount or payload isolation assembly.

Inspection Guidance

Inspect all isolation balls together. If one damper has visible damage or materially different elasticity, replacing the complete matched set is generally preferable to mixing significantly worn and new isolators.

Installation Notes

Install without twisting, cutting, or over-stretching the elastomer. Confirm that each isolator is fully seated and that the gimbal or payload bracket moves freely without contacting the aircraft structure. Perform a full gimbal and payload check before flight.
