60L Orchard Spray Upgrade | Four-Nozzle Configuration Support | High-Pressure Dense-Canopy Spraying | Talos T60X Configuration
Talos T60X Orchard Kit
The Talos T60X Orchard Kit is designed for high-efficiency spraying in orchards, vineyards, tree crops, and other dense-canopy applications where deeper penetration and improved underside coverage are required.
The kit converts the compatible T60X spraying platform from the standard 50L / two-nozzle configuration to the larger orchard-oriented 60L / four-nozzle operating configuration.
📦 Package Includes
- 1 × 60L orchard spray tank
- 2 × additional centrifugal sprinkler / atomizer assemblies
- 4 × orchard solenoid valve components
- 4 × pressure funnel assemblies
- 2 × large orchard spray booms
- 2 × arm wiring harnesses
- Required tubing, fittings, mounting hardware, and installation components supplied with the kit configuration
Aircraft, batteries, charger, and remote controller are not included.
🌳 Orchard & Dense-Canopy Performance
- 60L / 15.8-gallon tank capacity
- Four-nozzle operating configuration when installed
- Up to 28 L/min total spray flow in the four-nozzle configuration
- High-pressure, upward-directed spray capability for deeper canopy penetration
- Improved coverage of leaf undersides and interior vegetation
- Designed for orchards, vineyards, tree rows, and other dense-crop applications
- Larger 160 mm tank loading opening for faster refilling
⚙️ Functional Purpose
The Orchard Kit extends the T60X spraying platform beyond standard open-field applications. By combining a larger 60L liquid tank with two additional spray assemblies, the system supports greater liquid capacity and higher total flow for demanding canopy work.
Typical applications include:
- Fruit orchards
- Vineyards
- Tree crops
- Dense specialty crops
- High-volume canopy treatments
- Fungicide and insecticide applications
- Foliar feeding programs
- Operations requiring upward-directed or multi-angle spray coverage

🔧 Installation & Fitment
Installation requires removal of the standard spray tank and installation of the 60L tank, additional spray hardware, arm wiring, valves, tubing, and supporting components. Existing aircraft spray-system modules may need to be transferred or reconnected depending on the aircraft configuration.
After installation, complete all required firmware updates, calibration, pump checks, flow-meter checks, and spray-system testing before field operation.
🚜 Ideal For
- Operators moving from broad-acre spraying into orchards or vineyards
- Commercial applicators requiring higher liquid capacity
- Dense-canopy operations requiring deeper spray penetration
- T60X owners converting to a four-nozzle configuration
- Tree-crop operators seeking improved underside leaf coverage
- Replacement or restoration of an existing orchard-kit configuration
💡 Why This Kit Matters
Standard two-nozzle spraying is optimized for many open-field applications, but orchards and dense vegetation create different coverage requirements. More liquid capacity, additional spray points, and higher total flow can improve the aircraft's ability to deliver material through dense foliage and across vertical crop surfaces.
More capacity. Four-nozzle coverage. Higher flow. Better canopy penetration.
