The DJI Agras T50 OEM One-Way Valve Elbow is a spray plumbing fitting that does two jobs in one body on the DJI Agras T50 and T25. The elbow turns the flow path around a corner inside a very tight airframe, and the integrated one-way valve makes sure liquid moves in the designed direction only.
Fittings like this are the least glamorous parts of a spray system and among the most consequential when they go wrong. Everything downstream of the pump depends on the plumbing holding pressure and holding direction. A check valve that stops checking does not announce itself — it shows up as dribbling nozzles, a boom that will not prime cleanly, or an application that starts late on the first pass of the day.
The one-way element seats under reverse pressure and lifts under forward flow. That keeps the line downstream of it charged when the pump stops, prevents siphoning back toward the tank, and stops the boom draining itself between passes. The elbow geometry exists because the airframe has no room for a gentle bend — the fitting has to change direction sharply while keeping the internal bore smooth enough not to strangle flow.
When the valve wears, the sealing face no longer closes fully. Reverse flow gets past, the line loses its charge, and the operator sees a delay before the spray comes up to rate at the start of a run. When the elbow body cracks, the symptom is more obvious: a wet spot, a pressure drop, and chemical where it should not be.
Confirm before you order: this fitting is listed for the T25 and T50. Compare port sizes, barb or thread configuration, and the direction arrow against your existing fitting before ordering — spray plumbing fittings look alike and are not interchangeable across bore sizes. Pack quantity is listed as a single fitting; if you are replacing a set, order accordingly.
Why it fails: chemical attack on the sealing element across seasons, abrasive particulate from unfiltered or poorly rinsed tank mixes scoring the seat, UV and thermal cycling embrittling the body, and pressure cycling every time the pump starts and stops. Check valves are consumables — they wear on a schedule whether or not anyone is watching.
Post-install checklist: confirm the flow direction before you tighten anything, seat the fitting without cross-threading or over-torquing plastic, verify the hose runs on both sides are supported and free of tension, then pressurize and check for leaks at both connections. Run the system and confirm the nozzles stop cleanly when the pump shuts off — that is the check valve doing its job.

Quantity: 1 fitting
Condition: Brand new
A worn check valve costs almost nothing to replace and quietly taxes every acre you cover. Product that drains back is product applied in the wrong place, and a boom that has to re-prime at the start of every pass is a boom that under-applies the headland and over-applies wherever the operator compensates. This is a cheap fitting guarding an expensive input — replace it on schedule and stop paying for it in drift, dribble, and uneven coverage.
Hold the prime. Stop the drip. Spray the rate. Fly the field.

What is the DJI Agras one-way valve elbow? It is a spray plumbing fitting that combines an angled elbow with an integrated one-way check valve, turning the flow path around a corner while allowing liquid to move in the designed direction only.
Which DJI Agras models does it fit? The supplier lists this fitting for the DJI Agras T25 and T50.
What does a one-way valve do in a spray system? It seats under reverse pressure and lifts under forward flow, keeping the line downstream charged when the pump stops, preventing siphoning back toward the tank, and stopping the boom from draining between passes.
Why are my nozzles dripping after the pump shuts off? The most common cause is a worn check valve that no longer seals fully, letting the line lose its charge. Dribbling nozzles, lost prime, and a delay before spray reaches rate all point at the same fitting.
What are the signs the valve elbow needs replacing? Nozzle dribble after shutdown, a boom that drains back between passes, a delay before reaching target rate, weeping or a wet spot at the fitting, cracks or stress-whitening in the body, and a valve that feels gritty.
Why do these fittings fail? Chemical attack on the sealing element, abrasive particulate from unfiltered tank mixes scoring the seat, UV and thermal cycling embrittling the body, and pressure cycling every time the pump starts and stops.
Does a failing check valve affect application accuracy? Yes. Product that drains back is product applied in the wrong place, and a boom that re-primes at the start of each pass under-applies at the headland, which the operator then compensates for elsewhere.
Where can I buy a DJI Agras one-way valve elbow in the USA? Ares Acres, a U.S.-based authorized DJI Agras retailer, carries the one-way valve elbow with free and fast U.S. shipping, plus same-day shipping and tracking on in-stock parts.
