A new mount does not itself require a balancing job, but it does require verification, and that is the more important habit. Refit the blades, confirm free fold and unfold, repeat the out-of-plane rock test, then run the tip tracking check against a fixed reference so you know the disc is sweeping true. Follow it with a run-up at working RPM before a loaded flight. If a vibration survives all of that, the next place to look is the blades themselves.
