DJI D14000iE pre-operation oil fuel air filter

DJI D14000iE: Checklist Pré-Operação de Oil, Fuel e Air Filter

DJI D14000iE: Checklist Pré-Operação — Engine Oil, Fuel, Air Filter e Segurança

O DJI D14000iE User Manual v1.0 coloca a inspection diária antes do engine start para detectar leaks, low oil, dirty air filter, loose hardware e flammable material antes de field operation.

Resumo: use stable surface com engine switch OFF. Revise oil/fuel spills, remova flammables perto de muffler/fan hood, inspecione hardware e shields, depois fuel level, engine-oil level e sponge air-filter element. Fuel geral: unleaded ≥91 RON, ethanol <10% v/v, exceto separate Brazil specification.

DJI D14000iE pre-operation checklist

1. Engine switch OFF

Inspection antes do start.

2. Stable surface

Para oil/fuel/hardware checks confiáveis.

3. Oil spills

Procure leakage/residue.

4. Fuel spills

Safety and fire concern.

5. Remove flammables

Principalmente muffler/fan hood.

6. Damaged/deformed parts

Inspect rust, breakage, loose condition.

7. Muffler shield

Secure.

8. Fan hood

Secure/clear.

9. Fasteners

No loose nuts/bolts/screws; no invented torque numbers.

10. Fuel level

Fill before operation; do not overfill.

11. Fuel spec

Unleaded ≥91 RON, ethanol <10%, except Brazil spec.

12. No overfill

Preserve intended fuel-system space.

13. Oil level

Low oil can damage engine.

14. Oil protection

Built-in sensor can stop engine below safety level.

15. Air filter

Inspect sponge element.

16. Dirty filter

Reduces airflow/performance.

17. Build compatibility

RATO filter element is build-specific.

18. Fuel branch

Pump/filter only after evidence.

19. Oil branch

Check oil protection before starter/ignition assumptions.

20. Airflow branch

Check filter before deeper engine diagnosis.

21. Daily checklist

  • stable;
  • switch OFF;
  • no leaks;
  • no flammables;
  • shields secure;
  • hardware good;
  • fuel correct;
  • oil correct;
  • air filter serviceable.

22. Low oil

Correct before operation.

23. Low fuel

Refill correctly.

24. Suspected fuel contamination

Do not jump to pump replacement.

25. Dirty air filter

Service exact build.

26. Loose hardware

Resolve before field use.

27. Pre-op record

  • generator ID;
  • fuel;
  • oil;
  • leaks;
  • filter;
  • muffler/fan;
  • hardware;
  • maintenance due;
  • GO/NO-GO.

28. Erro: flameout = starter

Could be low-oil protection.

29. Erro: overfill fuel

Não.

30. Erro: generic filter

Verify build.

31. Erro: skip daily check

Não.

32. Perguntas frequentes

Fuel?

≥91 RON.

Ethanol?

<10%, except Brazil spec.

Low oil stops engine?

Sim.

Dirty filter?

Reduced performance.

Muffler area?

Remove flammables/debris.

33. Go/no-go deve ser uma decisão explícita

Depois dos checks, marque o generator como GO somente se leaks, fuel, oil, airflow e hardware condition estiverem aceitáveis. Se houver unresolved finding, registre NO-GO e abra a maintenance action.

34. Oil-protection history ajuda no troubleshooting

37. Pre-operation evidence

  • photo of oil/fuel leak-free area;
  • oil level checked;
  • fuel level/type checked;
  • air filter condition;
  • muffler/fan area clear;
  • hardware secure;
  • operator GO/NO-GO.
