El DJI D14000iE User Manual v1.0 establece un procedimiento específico cuando el generator no se usará durante más de 30 días. El objetivo es retirar engine oil y fuel de los puntos donde el almacenamiento prolongado puede causar problemas, y luego mover el unit a un lugar cool, dry y clean.
Respuesta rápida: para storage superior a 30 días, haga funcionar el generator 5–10 minutos, deténgalo y drene el engine oil. Después drene el fuel tank por el fuel drain bolt y retire el high-pressure oil pipe para drenar el fuel contenido allí antes de reinstalarlo. Tras operación normal, espere al menos 15 minutos antes de cargarlo en un vehículo y manténgalo stable durante transport.
1. When to use the long-term procedure
Use este workflow cuando el generator estará fuera de servicio por más de 30 días.
2. Warm the engine 5–10 minutes
DJI indica operar el generator durante 5–10 minutos antes de detenerlo para oil drainage.
3. Stop before draining
El engine debe estar detenido antes de intervenir el oil-drain path.
4. Do not touch hot engine oil
El oil puede estar caliente después del warm-up. Evite contacto directo.
5. Remove the oil-drain hose
Use el service point identificado en el manual.
6. Open the drain-hose cap counterclockwise
Drene el oil completamente hacia un suitable container.
7. Reinstall and tighten the cap
Después del drainage, vuelva a instalar correctamente el hose/cap.
8. Drain the fuel tank
Retire el fuel drain bolt en la parte inferior del tank y drene el fuel mediante un funnel hacia un dedicated container.
9. Reinstall the fuel drain bolt
Cuando el fuel esté completamente drenado, reinstale el bolt.
10. Drain the high-pressure oil pipe
DJI también indica retirar los screws del high-pressure oil pipe, drenar el fuel contenido dentro y reinstalarlo.
11. Storage alone does not prove a fuel-system part failed
El Gasoline Pump, Pump Filter y EFI Fuel Injector Nozzle son service paths, pero el hecho de drenar fuel para storage no significa que esas parts deban reemplazarse.
12. Move to a cool, dry, clean location

13. Wait 15 minutes before vehicle transport

20. If fuel smell remains after drainage
Recheck tank/pipe closure and leakage before storage or vehicle transport.
21. If a drain bolt or pipe fitting is damaged
Do not improvise sealing; identify the correct service path.
22. If generator will return to service
Complete normal pre-operation checks, refill correct engine oil/fuel and inspect the system before starting.

- return-to-service date.
