El DJI D14000iE Multifunctional Inverter Generator User Manual v1.0 coloca la inspección diaria antes del engine start. El objetivo es detectar leaks, low oil, contaminated air filter, loose hardware o flammable material antes de que se conviertan en shutdown, fire hazard o engine damage.
Respuesta rápida: coloque el generator sobre una superficie estable con engine switch OFF. Revise oil/fuel spills, retire flammable material especialmente alrededor del muffler y fan hood, inspeccione hardware dañado o flojo y confirme shields/fasteners. Después revise fuel level, engine-oil level y sponge air-filter element. DJI especifica unleaded fuel de al menos 91 RON y menos de 10% ethanol por volumen, excepto la separate Brazil specification.
1. Engine switch OFF
Realice la inspection con el generator apagado antes de iniciar normal operation.
2. Stable surface
El generator debe estar stable para que oil/fuel checks y hardware inspection sean confiables.
3. Check oil spills
Busque engine-oil leakage o residue debajo/alrededor del unit.
4. Check fuel spills
Fuel leakage es tanto operating fault como fire hazard. No lo trate como cosmetic residue.
5. Remove flammable material
Preste especial atención al área del muffler y fan hood.
6. Inspect rusted/broken/deformed components
DJI incluye damaged, deformed, rusted y loose parts en el common-condition check.
7. Muffler shield secure
Confirme que el shield permanezca correctamente instalado.
8. Fan hood secure
También debe estar correctamente fijado y libre de obstruction.
9. Nuts, bolts and screws
Revise que no estén loose. La source no publica universal torque values en este checklist, por lo que no invente numbers.
10. Fuel tank level
DJI recomienda llenar el fuel tank antes de operation, evitando overfill.
11. Fuel specification
Use unleaded fuel de al menos 91 RON con ethanol por debajo de 10% v/v, excepto la separate Brazil specification del manual.
12. Do not overfill
Deje room según fuel-system design; no lleve fuel por encima del intended level.
13. Engine-oil level
Low oil puede causar engine damage.
14. Oil protection can stop the engine
El built-in oil sensor puede detener engine operation cuando oil cae debajo del safety level. Un unexpected flameout puede ser oil protection y no starter failure.
15. Air-filter condition
Revise el sponge filter element antes de operation.
16. Dirty filter reduces airflow
La source explica que contamination reduce airflow hacia el electronic fuel-injection unit y reduce generator performance.
17. Air-filter build compatibility
El RATO Air Filter Paper Element en el catálogo es build-specific. Verifique generator build antes de ordenar.
18. Fuel-system diagnostic branch
Si evidence apunta a fuel delivery, exact active service parts incluyen Zongshen Gasoline Pump y Gasoline Pump Filter. No cambie ambos por defecto.
19. Oil-system diagnostic branch
Si el generator se apaga o no continúa running, confirme oil level/protection state antes de diagnosticar starter o ignition.
20. Airflow diagnostic branch
Si performance es baja, revise filter/airflow antes de concluir EFI or engine-internal fault.
21. Daily pre-operation checklist
- stable surface;
- engine switch OFF;
- no oil spill;
- no fuel spill;
- flammables removed;
- muffler/fan area clear;
- shields secure;
- hardware not loose/damaged;
- fuel level adequate;
- correct fuel;
- oil level adequate;
- air filter clean/serviceable.
22. If oil is low
Correct the oil condition before normal operation. Do not use repeated starting attempts as a test.
23. If fuel is low
Refill using the correct fuel specification before charging operation.
24. If fuel contamination is suspected
Do not assume gasoline pump failure. Preserve fuel/source history and follow appropriate service guidance.
25. If air filter is dirty
Service/replace according to the maintenance workflow and exact generator build.
26. If loose hardware is found
Resolve before field use. Vibration can worsen a loose condition.

- air filter status;

- hardware condition;
- maintenance due indicator;
- operator GO/NO-GO.
