O documento funciona melhor quando cada topic vira uma decisão: legal/operational authorization → preflight → environment → in-flight monitoring → pesticide handling → battery safety. Um gate não substitui o outro.
44. Gate 1: operação autorizada e dentro do intended use
Confirme que a mission é compatível com agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry ou fisheries, que não transporta pessoas ou dangerous/illegal payloads e que local authorizations foram revisadas.

Battery, propulsion, sensors, arm locks, tank, hoses e sprinklers precisam passar no preflight antes da task.

Verifique temperature, wind, GNSS, electromagnetic environment, crowd/animal separation e altitude. Para drift-sensitive chemicals, use o stricter wind guidance da pesticide section.

VLOS, battery warnings, obstacle-awareness limitations e power-line hazards continuam relevantes depois do takeoff. O safety system não deve ser tratado como substituto do operator awareness.
