O DJI D14000iE User Manual v1.0 separa activation, firmware e normal engine-start/battery-charging workflow. Physical setup completo não elimina o need de activation.
Resumo: conecte o remote controller, abra DJI Agras → Device Management → Charging Device e ative. Atualize firmware quando solicitado. Para charging, comece sem AC devices, confirme engine oil e pelo menos 1 L de fuel, conecte charging cable à battery desligada e depois ligue a battery. Segure engine switch em START por pelo menos 3 segundos, solte, e o switch retorna a ON enquanto generator starts e charging begins.

39. Activation e startup devem ser registrados separadamente
Activation confirma commissioning software; successful engine start confirma mechanical/engine readiness. Um pode passar e o outro falhar, então mantenha dois results no asset record.
40. Firmware update deve ser um change event
Se startup/charging behavior muda depois de firmware, registre timing e exact warning. Isso ajuda support a separar software change de fuel/oil/cranking issue.
41. Battery connection order deve ser padronizada
Treine todos os operators para conectar a battery enquanto OFF, confirmar cable seating e só então power the battery ON. Consistent sequence reduz variation entre turnos.
42. START ≥3 sec deve entrar no operator SOP
Esse timing é explícito no manual. Se o engine não inicia, não substitua starter antes de confirmar que o correct starting input foi aplicado.
43. AC-load sharing deve aparecer no charging log
Quando AC devices estão em uso junto com battery charging, registre essa load condition porque charging capacity diminui e charge time aumenta.
