El DJI C12000 Intelligent Power Supply User Guide v1.0 separa el diagnóstico visual en tres LED channels. Ese diseño permite determinar primero qué subsystem está reportando antes de seleccionar una service action.
Respuesta rápida: LED 1 = battery/charging channel; LED 2 = DC Output; LED 3 = AC Input. En el charging channel, solid yellow = battery connected/ready, green blink = charging, solid green = full, yellow blink = warning y red blink = error. En DC Output, four repeating yellow blinks = product not activated. Cuando cualquier LED parpadea, conecte el remote controller y lea el detailed message en DJI Agras.

1. LED 1 — Charging Channel
Este channel corresponde al battery/charging-side workflow.
2. Solid yellow
Battery connected and ready for charging.
3. Green blink once continuously
Charging in progress.
4. Solid green
Fully charged.
5. Yellow blink once continuously
Battery/charging-channel warning.
6. Red blink once continuously
Battery/charging-channel error.
7. LED 2 — DC Output
Este channel separa DC-output issues del battery-side y AC-input branches.
8. Four yellow blinks continuously
Product not activated. Este pattern es una de las razones principales para no diagnosticar hardware únicamente por color.
9. Single repeating yellow blink en DC Output
DC output warning.
10. Repeating red blink en DC Output
DC output error.
11. LED 3 — AC Input
Este channel se refiere al input-power side del C12000.
12. Yellow blink en AC Input
AC input warning.
13. Red blink en AC Input
AC input error.

14. LED identifica el branch, no la pieza
La fuente instructs the operator to connect the remote controller whenever a status LED blinks. Use DJI Agras para detailed warning/error information.
15. USB-C diagnostic connection
El mismo C12000 USB-C → remote-controller connection utilizado para activation sirve para fault details.

16. Charging warning branch
Si LED 1 parpadea, revise:
- compatible battery;
- battery temperature;
- battery seating;
- charging cable;
- cooling hardware;
- detailed DJI Agras message.
17. DC warning branch
Si LED 2 parpadea, determine primero si es el special four-yellow not-activated code o un single warning/error pattern.
18. AC warning branch
Si LED 3 indica warning/error, mantenga el troubleshooting del input-power side separado del battery-side. En fast charging, electrical work pertenece al qualified-electrician path.
19. Activation before replacement
En un new unit con four-yellow DC pattern, activation es el first branch. No reemplace battery o charger antes de completar ese check.
20. Warning versus error
Yellow blink corresponde a warning; red blink corresponde a error dentro del channel. El color no describe el exact component failure.
21. Solid green no significa que todo el charging site esté validado
Solo comunica fully charged en el charging channel. Site safety, cable condition y cooling maintenance siguen siendo separate checks.
22. Si todos los LEDs parecen normales pero battery no charge
Revise battery state, compatibility, temperature, connection y app diagnostics. No fuerce un conclusion solo porque no hay blink.

24. Compare known-good battery cuando corresponda
Si el site/hardware es compatible y seguro, una controlled comparison puede ayudar a separar battery issue de charger/cooling branch. Preserve IDs y conditions.
25. Si múltiples batteries fallan en el mismo charger
Eso aumenta la relevancia de charger, cooling o input-power branches, pero detailed diagnostics sigue siendo necesario.
26. Si una battery falla en múltiples verified stations
Eso aumenta la relevancia del battery-side branch. Aun así, documente warnings y compatibility antes de replacement.
27. Official support / authorized dealer
La source recomienda support/dealer si el product está abnormal o damaged.
28. Error común: red = bad battery
No necesariamente; primero identifique channel.
29. Error común: four yellow = DC hardware failure
Puede significar not activated.
30. Error común: no leer DJI Agras
Se pierde el detailed diagnostic.
31. Error común: mezclar AC y battery troubleshooting
