El DJI C12000 Intelligent Power Supply User Guide v1.0 usa el remote controller y DJI Agras como interfaz principal para tres tareas: first-use activation, firmware updates y lectura de detailed fault information. Esto significa que un C12000 nuevo con power no necesariamente está listo para operar hasta completar activation.
Respuesta rápida: conecte el remote controller al C12000 usando el USB-C port del charger y el USB-A port del controller, abra DJI Agras → Device Management → Charging Device y complete activation. Si aparece new firmware, siga el on-screen update workflow. Cuando cualquier status LED parpadea, use esa misma conexión para leer el detailed diagnostic message.
1. Activation es obligatoria antes del first use
La source establece que el C12000 debe ser activated antes de la primera operación normal.

9. Firmware update
