33. LED history é mais útil do que uma foto isolada
Em intermittent issues, registre sequence: qual LED estava normal, quando começou a piscar, se o pattern mudou após battery swap e qual detailed message apareceu. Esse timeline ajuda a separar transient warning de persistent fault.
34. Compare channel e operating mode
Um AC Input warning em slow charging pode apontar para site/outlet/conversion-cable path; o mesmo channel em fast charging precisa ser analisado dentro do three-phase/electrician workflow. O LED channel é o mesmo, mas o upstream power path é diferente.
35. Battery-side warnings precisam de battery ID
Sem registrar qual pack estava connected, perde-se uma parte importante do evidence. Sempre associe charging-channel warning à battery model/ID usada naquele momento.
36. Known-good comparison deve manter conditions constantes
Quando comparar batteries ou stations, altere uma variável por vez. Trocar battery, cable e charger simultaneamente impede saber qual mudança alterou o resultado.
37. Persistent AC/DC errors devem sair do operator trial-and-error
Se detailed diagnostics continuam apontando error e o product está abnormal, use official support/authorized dealer. Não abra o power supply ou improvise internal repair fora do source guidance.
