DJI Agras T100 150L Screw Feeder Replacement Guide: XL, L, M & S Augers

The 150L Spreading System can use different screw-feeder models according to the characteristics of the material being spread. DJI's Product Information v1.0 provides both a feeder-selection table and Figure B showing the replacement sequence.

Quick Answer: Choose the screw feeder according to dry-material diameter: XL 0.5-10 mm, L 4-10 mm, M 4-6 mm, and S 0.5-4 mm. The XL feeder is installed in the spreader before delivery and the M feeder is included in the package. When replacing a feeder, avoid pulling or damaging the motor cable, clean residue from the external motor cap and inside the spreader, and use the optional feeder-kit instructions when installing the S feeder.

What Figure B shows

The visual sequence shows the feeder-area retainers being opened, the motor-side cap and feeder assembly being withdrawn, and the assembly being reinstalled and secured. Follow the Figure B order and avoid placing tension on the motor cable during removal.

Clean residue before installing the next feeder

After the external cap of the screw-feeder motor is removed, DJI instructs the user to clean residue inside the motor cap and the spreader. This is important because retained material can interfere with the next feeder installation or material discharge.

Use the S feeder with its optional-kit instructions

The product information specifically says that if the small S feeder is used, follow the instructions supplied with the optional screw-feeder kit for replacement. This article does not substitute for those separate S-kit instructions.
