DJI Agras T100 150L spreading range factors

DJI Agras T100 150L Material Guide: 0.5-10 mm Granules & 3-10 m Spreading Range

Spreading quality on the T100 150L system depends on more than tank volume. DJI ties the final spreading range to material diameter, screw-feeder model, spinner-disc rotational speed and flight altitude, while the DJI Agras app separately recommends the payload weight for the current aircraft state and surroundings.

Quick Answer: Use dry material from 0.5-10 mm diameter. Match the feeder to the particle size, then adjust material diameter, feeder model, spinner-disc speed and flight altitude to target a 3-10 m spreading range. Do not exceed the payload weight recommended by DJI Agras.

Dry materials only

DJI states that the 150L Spreading System is compatible with dry materials from 0.5 to 10 mm in diameter. Using other materials can reduce operating performance and may damage the spreading system. Each spreading material should also be used according to its own instructions.

Match particle diameter to the feeder

DJI feeder ranges: XL 0.5-10 mm, L 4-10 mm, M 4-6 mm, S 0.5-4 mm.

Direct product paths are available for the XL auger, L auger, M auger, and S auger. Use the manual ranges as the starting point; material behavior can still vary within a nominal diameter range.

Four variables control spreading range

Material diameter feeder model spinner disc speed and flight altitude control T100 spreading range
DJI identifies four operating variables that affect spreading range.

The source does not give one universal setting. Instead, it says spreading range varies with particle diameter, feeder model, spinner-disc rotational speed and flight altitude. For optimal performance, DJI recommends adjusting the relevant variables to achieve a 3-10 m range.

Payload is app-recommended, not a fixed number in this document

The product information does not provide a universal maximum material weight for every condition. It says DJI Agras will recommend payload weight according to the current aircraft status and surroundings. The loaded material must not exceed that recommendation or flight safety may be compromised.

Do not let foreign material change the feed behavior

Caked fertilizer, woven-bag fragments, straw, gravel and other foreign objects can interrupt discharge and change the spread pattern. Clean material condition is part of setup, not just maintenance.
