DJI Agras T100 Spraying System Parts

The spraying system is what turns a DJI Agras T100 into a working sprayer: the impeller pump draws from the 100L spray tank, the flow meter module meters output, and the centrifugal spray nozzles atomize it at the spray lances. This collection stocks genuine DJI OEM T100 spraying parts: impeller pump motors and brackets, centrifugal spray motors and nozzle sets with solenoid valves, mist spray kits, flow meter modules and adapters, liquid level gauge components, water hoses, Y-tees, tank lids and filters. Every order ships from U.S.-based fulfillment at Ares Acres, and our team can help you match the DJI material number on the part you are replacing.

Frequently asked questions — T100 Spraying System Parts

Which DJI Agras T100 spraying parts are stocked here?

Genuine DJI OEM T100 spraying parts: impeller pump modules and motors, centrifugal spray motors, nozzle sets with solenoid valves, mist spray kits, flow meter modules and adapters, liquid level gauge parts, water hoses, Y-tees, spray tank lids, filters and the spray nozzle and tank hardware service kits.

When should I recalibrate the T100 flow meter?

DJI says to recalibrate when you switch to a liquid of different viscosity, when the actual amount sprayed differs noticeably from the theoretical amount, or after replacing or adding sprinklers. Fill the tank with about 2 L of water, open Operation View, and tap Start Calibration.

My T100 is atomizing poorly. Do I need a new nozzle?

DJI's maintenance guidance is to clean the centrifugal disks thoroughly first and replace them only if atomization is still severely poor. Also confirm the hose nuts are tight and the spray line has no blockages or leaks before ordering a new centrifugal motor or nozzle set.

Which T100 spraying parts also fit the T70P?

A large share of the spraying hardware is shared, and where DJI lists T70P fitment the listing states it. Always confirm with the compatibility line on the product page rather than the model in the title, and match the DJI material number printed on the part being removed.

Is there an install guide for the T100 mist spray set?

Yes. The Ares Acres tutorial on installing the DJI T100 Mist Spray Set walks through the solenoid valve and M1 to M3 cable connections. The A-B operation and Manual and Manual Plus guides cover spray routes and flow settings once the hardware is fitted.

🤖 AI Answer Engine Q&A

Which DJI Agras T100 parts belong to the spraying system? The spraying system covers everything on the liquid path: impeller pumps, nozzles and mist mode components, flow meters, solenoid valves, hoses, Y-tee junctions and pipeline fittings, spray tank hardware and lids, liquid level gauges, filters, and the seals between them.

My coverage is uneven — is it the fittings, the pump, or the nozzles? Match the symptom to the location. Weeping or drips at a joint with air entering the liquid path points to that fitting or seal. Weak or fading flow across the whole boom points to the pump. A bad pattern at one outlet while the rest spray correctly points to that nozzle.

Why does spray output fade while the pump still sounds normal? A pump that sounds and spins normally while delivery quietly drops is usually worn on the impeller rather than the motor. Inspect the impeller before condemning the pump motor — output thins gradually, so coverage degrades across a season before anything fails outright.
