Which DJI Agras T50 spraying parts are stocked?

Genuine DJI OEM T50 impeller pump modules, motors and sealing rings, centrifugal nozzle assemblies and spray discs, solenoid valve modules, flow meter brackets, hoses and signal cables, spray tank caps, inlet filters, level meters, arm water pipes, 180 degree elbows and the spray line service kit.

How often should T50 spraying parts be replaced?

DJI's recommended maintenance cycle for the T50 and T25 lists pump replacement after 500 hours, sprinkler motor replacement after 1,000 hours, hose connectors every 100 hours or one month, and flow meter, spraying module and spray tank checks every six months.

The spray rate seems off. What should I check first?

DJI says to recalibrate the flow meter when the actual amount differs from the theoretical amount by more than 15 percent, when switching liquids of different viscosity, or after adding sprinklers. Fill about 2 L of water and run Flow Calibration from Operation View.

Is the T40 spraying system compatible with the T50?

No. DJI's T50 FAQ states the T40 is not compatible with the T50 spraying system and does not support the optional centrifugal nozzle kit. Order T50 spraying parts by the DJI material number on the component you are replacing.

What causes poor atomization on the T50?

DJI's guidance is to clean the centrifugal disks thoroughly and replace them only if atomization stays severely poor. Confirm the spray line is not blocked, hose nuts are tight and the sprinklers work properly before ordering a new nozzle assembly.
