Frequently asked questions — T40 Spraying System Parts

Which T40 spraying parts are available?

Genuine DJI OEM T40 spray tank full sets and complete tank system assemblies, tank spraying adapter modules, flowmeter modules and signal cables, precise fluid distribution modules, centrifugal sprinkler repair kits, disk sets and spinner disks, sprinkler signal lines, metal spray booms and the spray line service kit.

What preseason checks does DJI recommend for the T40 sprayer?

DJI's T40 preseason guide says to add about 1 L of water and tap Clear Trapped Air, run Flow Meter Calibration and Weight Sensor Tare Calibration, confirm 20 L of water reads between 16 and 24 L, verify a maximum flow of 12 L/min and check for leaks.

Can I fit the T50 spraying system to a T40?

No. DJI's FAQ states the T40 is not compatible with the T50 spraying system and does not support the optional centrifugal nozzle kit, so order T40 spraying parts by the DJI material number on the component you are replacing.

How fast do the T40 sprinklers spin?

DJI lists the T40 sprinkler at 6,500 to 14,000 r/min. If atomization is poor, DJI's guidance is to clean the centrifugal disks thoroughly and replace them, using the centrifugal sprinkler repair kit or disk set, only if it stays severely poor.
