1. Setup, installation and first use

2. Operation panel and LED diagnostics
Charging Channel, AC Module y Generator status tienen meanings diferentes. Four yellow generator flashes = not activated; four red = maintenance required.
3. Pre-operation checklist
Revise oil/fuel leaks, flammable material, hardware, fuel level, oil level y air-filter condition antes de normal operation.
4. Activation, firmware, starting and battery charging
Incluye DJI Agras activation, firmware, at least 1 L fuel, battery OFF before connection, START held at least 3 seconds y charging-capacity effects from AC loads.

5. Outdoor battery-backed AC power
El D14000iE puede suministrar AC power desde una connected Intelligent Flight Battery sin arrancar el gasoline engine. Use START x3 y seleccione 50/60 Hz según el load.
6. Storage and transportation
Para storage superior a 30 días, el manual indica oil/fuel drainage incluyendo high-pressure pipe. Después de operation espere al menos 15 min antes de vehicle transport.
7. Maintenance schedule
Organice maintenance por 10h, 20h, 50h, 100h, 300h/1y y 2-year fuel-pipe milestones.
8. Engine oil maintenance
Use SJ 10W-40/API SJ or better, check each use, wait 15 min after operation before level check, and follow the dedicated drain/refill procedure.
9. Air filter and spark arrestor
Sponge, paper filter y spark arrestor tienen cleaning methods diferentes. Do not use compressed air on the paper element.

10. Spark plug F6RTC
F6RTC, 0.6–0.8 mm gap, 2–3 hand-thread turns and 20–25 N·m final torque.
11. Diagnostic hierarchy
- identify the exact symptom;
- identify LED channel/pattern;
- check activation/maintenance status;
- check oil/fuel/readiness;
- connect remote controller for detailed message;
- choose subsystem;
- choose exact part last.
12. Control/electronics branch
Verified catalog paths include Generator Controller and Control Panel Switch Button.
13. Cranking branch
Electric Starter and Starter Motor Relay belong here, but no-start alone is not enough evidence to replace them.
14. Fuel branch
Gasoline Pump and Pump Filter should follow fuel-delivery evidence and the maintenance schedule.
15. Ignition branch
Spark plug first, then broader ignition diagnosis such as Ignition Coil with Trigger when evidence supports it.
16. Maintenance branch
Use the Preventive Maintenance Pack as a recurring-service handoff, but still apply each item at the correct interval.
17. Storage/protection branch
The Universal Generator Protective Cover is a physical protection layer after the generator is cool and not operating.
